Clothes Pictures Animated What Program(s) Do I Need To Make A CG Model?

What program(s) do I need to make a CG model? - clothes pictures animated

I've always been the production of a CG model of someone or something interesting, but there are many programs that I confused about the need for a comprehensive model. If anyone can help guide, I ask myself what I need. I need the program (s) that can do these things:
-To build the model or at least the face, the body would be nice if. (I picture the face of a person from many angles for the construction of the head / face).
Note: I please do not build the model itself (though this is) a good thing. If I am not in a program like Blender, the mess of things this way.
Encourages the model (I want to study and animations)
"A good processor
-A program that makes the clothes, which has set into the model (if not a program that makes your beautiful)
A program that makes realistic hair
A program that things like skin and clothing seem real

Sorry if much to ask, perhaps, some programs do more tasks. The last thing I want to do is the 2 programs that do exactly the same Thing. Sorry if I'm clear.

The only thing is that I have all the money in the world, so if you know of a program that the work would not be so expensive it can be appreciated (but if you still can not explain things over, what I have achieved).

I have a Mac OS X and Windows, so it's no problem.
