Best Mobile phone for texting/internet? - internet to mobile texting

Hey!.

I need advice. I need a cell phone (mobile phone) text, like the Internet and easily available, I am on Facebook, Windows Live, Internet, etc. .. go with a telephone keypad. Maybe not so much a smartphone, but a text / internet phone is easy.

I'm in Canada and now with Telus. If there are other Canadians (Ontario), a plan I know is would be great.
